Meet the Artist

Based in Ripon, CA but open to travel and serving Northern CA region. 

I’ll bring a portable wooden easel, a small chair, and a rolling cart with shelves to organize my supplies. I’ll need a space about 4 feet wide by 5 feet deep to work comfortably. If it gets dark while I’m still painting, I’ll use a small light to ensure I can continue adding detail without interruption.

It all depends on the moment you'd like me to capture! Here’s how I would paint your first kiss at the altar:

I’ll arrive about two hours before the ceremony to begin painting the background—the altar, landscaping, floral arrangements, and guest seating (if you'd like those included). I’ll be set up in a spot with a clear view, but out of the way of your guests and wedding party.  As guests arrive, they’ll get to see the scene take shape in real time!

When the big moment happens—the kiss!—I’ll step in briefly to snap a reference photo. From there, I’ll paint the two of you into the scene, using the photo to capture the details. I typically complete 50–75% of the painting on-site and reveal it to you at the reception. After the event, I’ll take it home to add the finishing touches so it's ready to hang and cherish forever.
